1. Definitions

• "Platform": The Qool360 website and all its services
• "User": Any person who uses the platform to book a consultation
• "Consultant": The certified legal consultant who provides consultations
• "Booking": A scheduled consultation appointment through the platform

2. Services Provided

The platform provides the following services:

• Legal consultation appointment booking
• Video consultations using Google Meet
• In-person consultations at the office
• Appointment management through Google Calendar integration
• Email reminders and notifications

3. Registration and Account

• Information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms

4. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed after successful payment completion
• Prices displayed are in Saudi Riyal and include all fees
• Google Meet links for remote consultations are sent via email
• You must attend at the scheduled time (in-person or online)

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may be subject to cancellation fees
• No-shows without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds
• If the consultant cancels, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option

6. Use of Google Meet and Google Calendar

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use Google Meet for remote consultations in accordance with Google's Terms of Service
• Allow us to create events in linked Google Calendar (for consultants)
• Not record meetings without explicit consent from all parties
• Keep meeting links confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

• All information exchanged during consultations is confidential
• Consultants are bound by professional ethics to maintain confidentiality
• We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent

8. Limitation of Liability

• Consultations provided are advisory legal opinions and not a substitute for formal legal representation
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the consultations
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes for any case or legal situation
• We are not responsible for technical issues with Google Meet or third-party services

9. Acceptable Conduct

Users must:

• Treat consultants and staff with respect
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes
• Adhere to scheduled appointment times

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or through a notice on the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
